Manager, Product Development State : New Jersey City : Franklin Lakes Shift : Qualifications : Experience/Education: . Undergraduate degree required . 2-3 years of sales and/or client support experience . 3 years of healthcare and/or PBM experience . Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio . Candidate will be responsible for Home Diagnostic product management and sales support; managing all aspects of sales and contracting, enrollment and product development activities. Managing the overall deliverables in this area will help ensure the success of the product and help meet product revenue and margin goals. Primary Responsibilities/Expected Contributions . Support the Home Diagnostics sales strategy and contracting process. . Manage day to day Home Diagnostic product needs and issues. . Develop and prioritize client leads. . Work with Account Management to determine clients needs (e.g. marketing or general education) related to Home Diagnostics. . Manage the enrollment process- host / attend enrollment meetings, support flawless enrollment of Home Diagnostics. Instruct and guide Account Teams through all facets of enrollment. . Review, understand and document client requirements. . Handle post enrollment issue resolution - work with cross-functional team to identify, track and monitor and resolve issues. . Develop, maintain, support and train internal clients on enrollment processes via SOPs, checklists, process flows, requirements documentation, presentation materials, host training session (individual and group), and additional enrollment tools. . Report and document identified product and or enrollment related issues. . Assist marketing with the development, management and coordination of marketing materials to support Home Diagnostics and any new business initiatives from inception through implementation, including the following steps: define, execute, monitor, measure, and enhance product performance. . Assist in the development and review of product and client pricing for existing and new products. . Assist in managing client/ product profitability to targets and guidelines.
