We currently seek an Information Technology Manager for our Chadds Ford, PAlocation. The Information Technology Manager will manage systems in our Chadds Ford office as well as our Horsham, PA office, and a growing group of work from home staff members who VPN in to work. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining of all CHC computer systems, the purpose of which is to ensure that mission-critical data, information, and technology are available, useful, and efficient. The Manager is responsible for the leadership of a top notch group of IT professionals.
Qualifications:
4- to 8-years’ progressively responsible experience in the IT field with a minimum of 4 years as a manager or director of IT in a corporate setting. Must include at least 2 years of server support
Basic understanding and working knowledge of network protocols, cabling, switches, routers and firewalls. Must have ability and willingness to replace all hardware in workstations and servers
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize work, manage projects, meet deadlines, multitask, and successfully function within a team setting
Must be customer-oriented with an excellent desk-side manner
Must have experience with the following:
SharePoint Portal Server
Exchange
SQL
Windows Server/Client OS (2003/XP)
Network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wireless)
Active Directory/Group Policy
DHCP, DNS, WINS
VPN/Remote Access Technology
Network Security
Help Desk Management
Cisco
Dell and HP Servers
Experience in the following a plus:
Macintosh
.Net development
VB
Relational database development
Citrix
Storage Area Networks
MCSE certification
CCNA certification
