Job Description
Robert Half Technology has an opening for a 6 month Instructional Design contract opportunity for a client of ours in Baltimore, MD.
This position IS NOT a work from home opportunity.

1. Design and develop E-learning (including the ability to use common authoring applications), self-paced and blended technical learning solutions
2. Creates, maintains and produces training materials, consisting of student materials, learner guides, job aids, hands-on exercises, procedures and installation instructions
3. Create instructional materials including workbooks, facilitator guides, job aids, pre-work materials, role-plays, case studies, etc.
4. Develops course materials to support various training programs throughout the company by working with business owners and subject matter experts at all levels to determine training objective and outcomes
5. Continually reviews materials to ensure program quality and company standards, updating programs as necessary to meet the changing needs of the business
6. Update and enhance existing programs taking into account new and innovative delivery methods and solutions.
7. Responsible for planning, organizing, analyzing and interpreting technical specifications prepared by engineers to determine appropriate content for training documentation.

Job Requirements
Instructional Design Opportunity - Requirements
- Prior Instructional Design experience, preferably in the IT Field
- Experience with Camtasia, Captivate, Flash and other technical training applications.
