Responsibilities for the Home Care Nurse include:
- Evaluating and assessing patient needs
- Providing patient and family education
- Coordinating services provided
- Having weekly meetings otherwise work from home/field
- Maintaining operations in compliance with DOH
- Ensuring the delivery of quality patient care
- Handling ad hoc requests

Required Skills:
- 1+ years of home care and pediatrics experience
- Valid Registered Nurses license
- Bilingual highly preferred
