Very unique pharmacist opportunity!!! Consultant, Clinical Operations - Pharmacist
Work from home with travel in this exciting opportunity!!!The Consultant supports the Clinical Technologies and Services (CTS) segment of the client and focuses on implementation of medication automation, products and services and for expanding, developing and leveraging our expertise in Medication Safety.
Provides clinical support for marketing, sales and field implementation teams that support dispensing products.
Raises awareness among health care professionals of the use of technology to prevent medication errors and streamline distribution and workflow processes.
Identifies and shares clinical best practices to help achieve the highest possible levels of patient and caregiver safety and product utilization.
Collaborates with Provider Services sales teams to support dispensing product offerings. Provides guidance and consistency with clinical evaluations of customer needs and positioning of the client solutions to ensure the customer has appropriate workflow solutions and correct equipment recommendation to support current and anticipated clinical needs.
Collaborates with Customer Service Operations teams to coordinate installations of dispensing equipment. This includes but is not limited to the Consultants role in the implementation process for dispensing products, providing for a positive customer experience and clinically sound implementation.
Functions as the voice of the Customer. Collaborates and builds synergistic relationships with Sales Account Executive, Product Managers, Product Research and Development teams, Interface Teams, Implementation and Support teams, Customer Advocacy, and Training.
Supports Clinical Operations involvement in identification of new product functionality needed, and release of new products. Encourages customers to submit suggestions and participates in product development teams.
Represents the client in the professional community. Maintains membership in professional organizations. Maintains clinical knowledge, and shares pertinent clinical information with appropriate client employees. Shares positive stories about our customers and their accomplishments within the organization, the healthcare community and trade publications

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy required: Pharm D or Masters Degree preferred
Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist
7-10 years experience in hospital environment
Experience managing the installation and support of advanced computerized systems preferred
Automation experience required (Pyxis experience preferred)
Must be customer focused and have experience with the unique governing factors that influence implementation outcomes.
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Must be able to manage customer expectations, and possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change.
Requires excellent problem resolution abilities and strong technical skills.
Ability to travel 80%
Work from home office.
