Responsibilities:
· Provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email
· Clearly document all communication with system users
· Escalate user queries to 2nd-level support staff when necessary for resolution
· Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
· Create, assemble and quality check user materials
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
· Friendly, service-oriented attitude
· Computer-operating skills
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to identify and solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
· Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Preferred Qualifications (not required to apply):
· Clinical research experience
· Customer service experience
· Fluency in another language (Spanish, French, Russian, etc.)
