*Flexibility to work between the hours of 5:00 AM and 2:00 AM, Sunday-Friday (Sundays are required)
*Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
*Familiarity with Windows-base PC programs
*Stable work history
*Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
*Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities : CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVES
As a strong advocate for patient needs and concerns, you will take inbound calls from patients, responding to inquiries and determining appropriate actions. You’ll be a highly professional team player able to be effective in a high call-volume environment.

*Are you proficient in Microsoft Windows?
*Are you available to work flexible hours?
*After 1 year of complete service, would you like the opportunity to work from home?
*Can you provide an excellent experience to our patients and resolve their issues?
*Do you have at least one year of Customer Service experience?
*Can you successfully complete Training and Nesting?
*Can you convey a POSITIVE company image on the telephone?
*Can you achieve specific measurement criteria such as answering satisfactory level of incoming calls?
*Can you abide by all policies and standard operating procedures?
*We offer job stability and a starting rate of $12.83/hr., increasing to $14.21/hr. upon completion of probationary period.
