LeadThem Consulting is looking for a Vice President of Business Development to start up our staff augmentation business unit and increase our presence in project based consulting nationwide and internationally. This position will be performed from a home or remote based office with no requirements for travel or relocation.
All of our LeadThem Consulting full time salaried positions all start out the same way and that is each one of us must prove ourselves before being offered a full time position. For our consultants that means they start as a 1099, and for our VP of Business Development it means starting out as commission based before being offered a salaried position.
While many that are currently senior level Business Development VP's / Sales / Recruiters may not want to work as commission based those that do understand risk and reward as we will truly reward the person who can fill this role successfully.
To start with this will be a commission based that will move into a full time salaried position after the first 200k of services has been sold and if all goes well they will move into the VP position after another 200k of services are sold or sooner depending on performance.
The commission will be 15% of all new business brought in (after consultant labor cost is deducted) and up to 15% on the hourly rate for every position recruited and staffed by the candidate.
The bottom line here is we pay for performance and if you show that you can perform in this type of role you will be very well compensated.
