At Adecco RPO, we partner with our clients to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for acquiring and retaining talent. We are currently seeking a talented Virtual Lead Recruiter to bring experience and dedication to the Adecco environment. You will be working with a team of professionals recognized as thought leaders in the RPO industry. We are based in Toledo, Ohio. This position may be a work-from-home position and virtual employees will be required to keep a home office.
VIRTUAL LEAD RECRUITER
A Virtual Lead Recruiter works directly with our client organization and recruitment team to develop and execute recruitment strategies to deliver highly qualified candidates to meet client recruitment needs. The Virtual Lead Recruiter will need to be able to build out sourcing plans for markets they are responsible. An ability to generate reports and analyze the date to help with strategic planning.
To be successful, Virtual Lead Recruiters:
- Possess client management, staffing, organization and time-management skills and are team players with a desire to learn, teach and adapt as necessary.
- Are creative, energetic, outgoing and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while creating recruiting plans and following compliance procedures.
- Recognize the importance of timely and accurate communication and reporting with individuals in varying positions and locations in a professional manner.
- Have public speaking and mentoring skills are which are vital in making presentations and training associate recruiters. There may be other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diversified experience in different methods of recruiting such as corporate recruiting, contingency recruiting, or high-volume recruiting
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience generating reports and presenting information to management
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree
