Description:
Tier 1 Support Technician Volt Technical Resources is seeking desktop support professionals who would like to work from home.
You will be responsible for assisting general user customers with a wide range of issues. Their issues can include troubleshooting, hardware issues, software issues, networking issues, and mobile device configuration.
REQUIREMENTS:In order to qualify for this position you will need the following:
A minimum of 3 years direct technical support experience.
One of the following is required prior to application. Those without it will not be considered; A+, Net+, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, CNA.
A dedicated home phone line (no VOIP)
Dedicated computer running XP Pro (Vista operating system is not compatible with company software)
High speed internet
The ability to work any shift. This position is not suitable for dedicated overnight hours, or part time hours
