What we are Looking For:

Looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to immediately contribute to our business success. We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter with Fortune 500 experience. The Contract Technical Recruiter will create sourcing strategies to find qualified technical talent to submit to hiring managers.

Recruiter will use market knowledge to build pipelines utilizing various sources; will build relationships with managers and candidates; will deliver quality, diverse talent slates. Current experience recruiting mid to senior level Software Engineers, Technical Managers and Technical Project Managers is required. Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management. Possess a wide range of experience and skills in technical recruiting. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Must be self directed but also recognize and be able to share knowledge with the larger Talent Acquisition team. Must be able to follow set procedures and processes and report into a geographically dispersed organization.

Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work remotely for a larger talent acquisition team

Person will be primarily responsible for searching for (using various internet sources and referral techniques), screening and presenting viable candidates to the Sales Force, based on detailed job descriptions they will be receiving. Person will assist in checking employment references and arrange for all types of background checks if necessary. They will help arrange interviews, brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews. The person will be involved with extensive follow-up with candidates, extending offers and managing the offer process. They will be expected to maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates. They will be responsible for helping to generate leads for the Sales Force via the market knowledge gleaned from the candidates they speak to on a daily basis. The ultimate goal will be to build a database of candidates that the person will have a relationship with, truly understand technology and the marketplace.
