Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families. Position requires bending and lifting television sets. This unique position with The Nielsen Company offers the following: . Work from home . Non-traditional schedule including some nights and weekends . Company car . Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment . Laptop computer and printer . 7 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida - temporary lodging and transportation provided . Compensation package with a base salary of $33,400 / year, paid overtime, plus incentives / bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the mid to high 30s Job Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following qualities: . Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge . Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency . Self-motivated . Excellent organizational / time management skills . Experience working with minimal supervision . Superior customer service skills . Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus. High School diploma required. . Valid drivers license required. .
