Job Description:
Candidate needs to not only be technical (Cisco routing, Cisco Firewalls and NW Security) but also excellent communication skills. He/she will be responsible for "business to business" connectivity. The person must be able to work directly with the business when necessary.
Located in Newark, NJ. Possibility of working from home 2-3 days a week.
Technical Requirements:
Top candidates will have + 8 years experience in direct support of Extranet & Internet DMZs and network security for business to business corporate connectivity.
Thorough knowledge of Cisco Routers, Switches, PIX Firewalls, FWSMs, ASAs, Cisco Security Manager, IPSec, S2S VPN, Split Managed VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, NTP, SNMP, TFTP, Windows Networking, as deployed in large complex firewalled VPN and leased line networks running, IPSec, EIGRP, BGP, RIP, OSPF, h323, and multicast.
Layer 3 & 4 Application Support: Connect Direct/NDM, Cyberfusioin, MQ, FIX, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, Citrix ICA, RDP, Lotus Notes, and various customer specific applications.
Experience with all applications and networks from Bloomberg, Reuters, Radianz, Trading Technologies, CME, CBOT, NYMEX, SIAC, DTCC, Eurex, LIFFE, LCH, LME, ICE/IPE a plus.
