We are in search of several Hyperion professionals. Our priority is HFM, Planning, and Essbase.
These positions do not require relocation so long as you are willing to travel (4 days/week) and live near a major airport.
Note that we're looking for senior professionals with 5-8 years hands-on full life cycle.
The hiring company is owned and operated by two senior Hyperion professionals I've known and worked with over the past 10 years. I can attest to their expertise, integrity and efforts to insure a quality of life (healthy balance between work and home) for their consulting staff.
Many of their clients where you would be working on a variety of Hyperion consulting engagements are located in California and Texas.
Employees living in southern CA do less than 50% travel, and for those living outside of the area, the company arranges with their clients to do some weeks of work from home (usually every other week between the design and testing phases).
All projects require travel: fly out first thing Monday and back home late Thursday evening.
Requirements
* Substantial development experience (full life cycle) with Hyperion Essbase and/or Hyperion Planning;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Can work with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting;
* Willing to travel
Will consider visa sponsorship for qualified Hyperion certified professionals with excellent English communication skills
The package
The package includes a competitive salary, bonus plan, professional development courses, and salary increase on attaining various Hyperion certifications. The company pays for the cost of the certification exam and training related to it. They offer a great deal of internal certification specific training including a weekly webcast all about the product they are all trying to get certified under.
