Orange Parachute, a division of HotSkills, Inc., is actively searching for a Practice Lead - SAP Security Consulting Services. This individual will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer and will ultimately be responsible for helping our firm grow this practice as a billable consultant and visionary leader.
Our SAP Security Practice will be providing subject matter expert consulting services to clients throughout the United States. In the role of Practice Lead, you will have the opportunity to design and deploy some of the most cutting edge and technologically innovative SAP security solutions based on your knowledge in SAP security space along with our proven expertise in security solutions delivery at Orange Parachute. Job responsibilities will vary based on client engagements. It is expected that our Practice Lead will be billable and available to travel up to 100% during the practice launch phase (the first 6 months or so), tapering off to a supporting, visionary leadership role thereafter, at which time the Practice Lead will work from his/her home office or a physical office in proximity to his/her home. Because we have extensive contacts requiring SAP security expertise, there is a very good chance that we*d engage a client local for the Practice Lead, meaning travel may not be necessary as we have existing clients already in our pipeline.

Along with that, the Practice Lead will have an opportunity to work from home once we*ve built the practice to a self-sustaining level and will work directly with our executive leadership to grow the new business.
General Job Requirements:
- Extensive consulting experience is preferred
- Candidates should be able to readily adapt to varied client environments.
- Must have a strong capability to sell yourself to prospective clients as well as the capabilities of others.
- Must have the relationships and network available to help grow a new business in the SAP Security space.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership capabilities
- Ability to execute in a methodical manner to gather, document, and present specific customer requirements
- Experience in documentation to clearly articulate technical designs, procedures, etc.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts
- Self-directed to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Ability to screen and interview other SAP Security consultants
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Technical Requirements:
- Extensive SAP Security expertise is required
- Extensive consulting expertise is required
- Strong Program/Project Management experience
- Expert in one or more of the following: Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), Identity Management, SOD conflict resolution, Distributed Systems Administration, SAP v 4.6, ECC 5.0/6.0, Technical Documentation, Compliance Management, Security Management
