In April this year, Mitchell International acquired Fair Isaac Medical Bill Review Business Unit which significantly expands our portfolio! We are searching for a Sales Executive in the workers’ compensation medical cost containment Industry! The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing new bill review software and services opportunities for half of the United States. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that wants to aggressively prospect, qualify, and close high volume opportunities. Location: Remote – Work from home.
Territory: Eastern United States
Responsibilities:
Make sales presentations to customers and prospect at all levels, address product uses, benefits, competitive advantages and business terms; facilitate aggressive technical follow-up to close sale.
Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, and pursue leads from others within the organization.
Partner with marketing on leads from trade shows and campaigns and act as company representative at industry conferences and association meetings.
Manage the sales process including coordination and participation in contract negotiations.
Ability to identify the client’s relevant business issues and identify the appropriate team to effectively propose a solution for the client.
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricing.
Meet or exceed quota expectations.
Position Requirements:
Insurance, workers compensation, claims solutions or business services background required.
A minimum of 3+ years of recent sales/business development experience for mid-tier or middle market customers.
Proven success in identifying new business opportunities through cold calling (50+ calls a day).
Proven success in selling mid-sized integrated insurance solutions to C-level audiences ($50K to $500K).
Proven track record meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $2.5 Million+.
Demonstrated successful proposal development and presentation skills to include strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to intelligently converse about required business concepts and technologies.
Possess strong problem solving skills.
Demonstrate examples of self-initiatives, individual motivation and the drive to lead sales initiatives from start to finish.
Travel required as needed and will vary. Approximately 50% time spent outside the office in on-site presentations, service calls, conferences and sales-related meetings.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of solid sales success with previous employers (top 10 – 20% of peer group).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
