Job Description Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a management candidate to join our District Manager Program. You will be placed in our District Office. The mentor District Manager will be responsible for sharing with you the key areas of successful management. It will entail recruiting, training new agents, as well as developing a successful agency force who offer Farmers Insurance Products and Financial Services. During the training program income will depend upon the level of prior experience in a related field (or proven track record of management success). The timeline ranges from 24 to 30 months depending upon your progress in mastering the key skills necessary for success.
