**Candidates must have the ability to work from home after a ramp up period.
We are looking for an experienced QA person to join our team and help to promote an environment where the entire team creates reliable, bug-free code - the first time
around. In addition to main QA responsibilities, this person will participation in review of release definitions and design specification and be responsible for creating and maintaining regression documents to aid in the QA regression process which they will ultimately be in charge of running.
Key staff work remotely and after an initial period of a few months, this position will be able to telecommute.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience software quality assurance experience
2. Experience in manual testing, preferably web-based testing
3. Experience in identifying and cataloging test requirements from business requirements
4. Experience executing test cases and analyzing results
5. Ability to identify, isolate and document system deficiencies in a clear, concise manner
6. Capacity to multi-task several testing activities concurrently
7. Effective analytical and problem isolation skills
8. Independent worker comfortable working with a small, proven, and motivated development team.
9. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required
