Part Time Customer Care Assistants (moving to work at home)
These positions will train on site in Schaumburg for at least two weeks.
Under immediate supervision, the Call Center Representative for Healthcare Recovery Services will answering incoming calls from health insurance plan members and enter detailed information into our database. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills while performing routine tasks requiring a working knowledge of the Company's products and services.
Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
We will provide you with a computer and all necessary equipment once the position move to at home, and will also reimburse for internet expenses.
HOURS (part time):
We currently have morning and mid day shifts available. Incumbents must be flexible to work shifts that include weekends.
Education/Skills/Experience Necessary
High School diploma and/or equivalent experience and/or training.
Phone experience required.
