"PACIFIC NORTHWEST SALES REPRESENTATIVE Core Tasks:
Based on territory channel strATegy call on distributors, dealers, architects, builders, developers, masonry contractors, or general contractors to promote sales and/or specificATions of Company Stone products.
Meet or exceed annual sales targets leading to increased market share.
Manage and strengthen existing customer relATionships.
Identify, target, professionally present, and close new customers.
ArticulATe product and supplier differentiATions justifying Company positioning.
Professionally present AIA accredited, company approved power point presentATions.
ATtend and promote Company products AT industry trade shows.
Track and communicATe competitor actions in assigned territory.
Manage expenses within company norms.
Effectively execute administrATive duties such as expense reports and call reports.
WORK with manager on personal development.
Skills, Experience, & Knowledge QualificATions:
Able to professionally present and manage various channel and end use customers.
Must be self-motivATed with the ability to WORK and succeed with limited direct supervision.
WORK FROM HOME-based virtual office.
Must possess an understanding of building supply products, construction, and building mATerials distribution channels.
Competitive nATure and positive ATtitude.
Minimum 2 years selling experience.
Superior organizATional skills, the ability to meet hard deadlines, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills.
Able to effectively WORK with production and support functions.
Effective communicATion skills both written and verbal.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and e-mail.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to operATe a company owned vehicle and have a valid drivers license.
Must be able to lift samples, literATure, etc up to 25 lbs.
