Description Operations Support Analyst 1 Candidate will be responsible for assigned accounts and will meet, face to face, with delinquent customers to effectively resolve past due payments while minimizing company losses. The candidate would need to make determinations as to the strength of mortgagor financial position to determine the best resolution using Modifications, Full Payoff, Short Sale, Forbearances, Deferments, etc. Responsibilities include face-to-face contact with Customers, Realtors, Brokers, Attorneys and Title companies to resolve assigned accounts through outreach events. Document accounts with summaries explaining reason for default and resolution possibilities. Any other assignments and projects as determined by the manager.
Specifications / Qualifications * Ability to travel 100%, overnight, weekends and nationally * High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. * Well-rounded experience in collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy. * Solid knowledge of mortgage servicing in a sub-prime platform. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to travel 100%. * Ability to work independently or within a team to accomplish goals and objectives. * Ability to work from home, in a secure environment.
