Project Description:
What project will the contractor be working on?
* Network Management Support for domestic and international data and voice networks
What will the contractor do on that project?
* The incumbent will be providing customer facing network support in our 24/7 network operations center. (NOC)
* Proactive and re-active trouble isolation on switches, Cisco routers, data and voice circuits.
* They will need to be experienced in troubleshooting and resolving data and voice issues while engaged with the customer and proactively.

* Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) Intermediate Desired
* CSU, MUXES Intermediate Desired
