Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. . Foundation skills in Access. . Advanced Excel skills. . Proficient in authoring software such as Captivate. . Excellent presentation skills. . Excellent oral and written communication skills. . Experience in Aspen and Perception a plus. . Able to travel and work a flexible schedule - days, evenings, and weekends as necessary. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: . Ability to work independently. . Strong organizational and time-management skills; with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. . Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. . Ability to maintain confidentiality. . Versailles, PA Fort Worth/Irving, TX Spokane, WA RESPONSIBILITIES: The LPI Training Coordinator is responsible for LMS administrative tasks, reporting, managing department logistics, analyzing and reporting on quality results, designing and delivering of targeted learning interventions and supporting management members of the LPI Team including the VP of LPI, Director of Service Performance, Director of Performance Consulting, e-Learning Manager, Technical Writing Manager and Instructional Design Manager as requested. Learning Management System Analysis and Reporting . Register training events via the Aspen Learning System for all Corporate Training Events. . Execute Ad hoc SQL reports for Aspen. . Reset Aspen passwords as requested. . Reset training events in Aspen as requested. . Pulls and distributes LMS delivery reporting including but not limited to program deployments, class assessments, learner profiles as required. . Facilitate Aspen training for supervisors and managers as requested. . Develops and generates reports from Aspen on assessments, and other LPI metrics using Excel, Access and other software as required. . Gathers and analyzes existing performance metric information in Aspen for gaps, validity and congruence. . Coaches team members in all aspects of software functionality available to the Learning and Performance Improvement Team. . Identifies areas to operationally assist the department utilizing technology; creates and implements plans. Responsible for department logistical deployment . Ordering all class supplies and training materials, testing equipment, scheduling rooms shipping as required. . Maintains department library. . Maintains the LPI Department Calendar. . Maintains Department Call Library. . Coordinates Department Meetings. . Maintains all Department Records including, but not limited to meeting attendance logs, master schedules, certificates. . Completes and files expense reports for managers. . Creates and mails class correspondence to participants, managers and stakeholders. . Open Help Desk tickets for LPI Managers. . Provide administrative support as needed for LPI Managers. Responsible for managing quality analysis and reporting . Design and deploy testing for quality. . Design and deploy monthly/quarterly audit for training effectiveness. . Assist in coaching newly trained staff during on-boarding process. . Analyze audit results and report to senior management. . Create and conduct mystery shopping audits, focus groups and surveys. . Analyze results from performance analysis and generate reports. Design and deliver training interventions as needed . Create Job Aides. . Create posters and other communications as needed. . Create training/quizzes in Adobe Captivate. Perception or Aspen. .
