LPI Reporting Manager State : New Jersey City : Franklin Lakes Shift : Qualifications : REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: . Bachelors Degree in programming or related field. . Five years experience in Operations with proficiency in analysis and reporting. . Proficient in Windows NT, Internet, and email. . MS Access, MS Word and MS Excel experience a must. . Skilled in SQL, Visual Basic. . Experience in creating systems that can be used at different locations. . Excellent PC skills required with strong Excel, abilities. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: . Advanced degree preferred. . Six Sigma experience a strong plus. . Experience in Hyperion a plus. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: . Proven ability to manage and develop all levels of employees. . Excellent problem solving and decision making-skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. . Adept at translating strategic initiatives into appropriate reporting. . Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. . Must possess ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence and trust from internal and external constituencies at all levels. . RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has two primary objectives. First, to quickly understand the operations processes, procedures, and critical quality measures in order to lead a team to determine key operational metrics and reporting needs. Create the processes to gather the behavioral and output data. Using online tools create databases to sort, highlight and present data. Interpret results and make recommendations. Secondly, to train and mentor colleagues on how to pull and read reports to develop a culture of managing by facts and continuous improvement. Other duties include, but not limited to: . Systems development. . Report application and report creation. . Ad hoc reports. . Application administration and deployment. . Relational Database development and maintenance. . Project planning and documentation including: requirements gathering, system design, data flow diagrams, project plans, and testing. . Initiating suggestions to continually improve customer satisfaction for internal and external customers. . Creating a positive and supportive working environment for Medco Employees. . Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of Call Center Operations. . Understanding of Telephone ACD stats and key call center metrics.
