Masters degree required in applicable field or equivalent experience (Organization Effectiveness, HPT, PM, etc.). . Certification in Magic and Coaching Magic programs. . 10 - 15 years of leading service industry performance improvement including training and coaching. . 5+ years of management experience. . Proven history of learning industry credibility with up to date knowledge of best practices in change management and service excellence. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: . Ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives within budget, quality and timeline requirements. . Adept at analysis, facilitation, coaching, employee engagement and leadership. . Extensive performance management and change management experience. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Excellent Microsoft Office skills. . Demonstrated success in pinpointing behavior, giving performance based feedback, analyzing individual, population and organization influences, creating reinforcement strategies and creating performance change.

Demonstrates leadership and creates a compelling need for change, and creates a clear vision for improvement within the organization. Lead the design, development and facilitation of corporate-wide Service performance initiatives, including training, coaching, performance management and creation of tools and support systems. . Creates and installs a systemic process to improve the service level of all four channels of the Operations organization. Build the culture change and skill base for improved member and physician engagement and coaching of member facing employees. Develop and deploy a curriculum and performance sustaining systems to influence a change within an organization with complex processes and competing goals. . Partners with Executive Management to evaluate performance needs and drive performance improvement. . Determines the need for and oversees the design and development of interventions including learning events and other support systems as related to identified objectives and other company-wide initiatives. . Creates a curriculum for all channels that translates corporate vision into business results including member, client and physician relations, dealing with difficult situations, performance management and internal customer service. . Develops and mentors associates in required skills such as pinpointing behaviors, feedback, group facilitation, coaching and communications skills, and others as determined by performance analysis. . Develops, initiates, maintains and evaluates performance sustaining initiatives within performance management framework including coaching system and identifies need for and leveraging other resources to complete the processes, including compensation, human resources and workforce reengineering. . Initiates or responds to requests by management to implement interventions on various subjects to improve service effectiveness within departments. . Develops effective assessment tools to identify and determine operational and employee needs. . Responsible for data analysis and making recommendations regarding successful implementation. . Develops evaluation tools to determine effectiveness of interventions including return on investment. . Selects, negotiates, partners with and evaluates external vendors. . Manages all Coaching and Quality colleagues with responsibilities including administration, human resources, budgeting and logistics.
