Title: Lawson Client Manager
Location: Remote with estimated 30% travel
Duration: Full Time
CLIENT PLACE IS MIAMI.

A Client Manager is responsible for serving as the primary service delivery contact with customers that have engaged for application management and hosting (including remote application management) services.

Responsibilities:
Managing all client incidents (critical and non-critical) including:
Timely client communication,
Escalation of incidents that have extended beyond pre-established thresholds,
After-action reviews, and
SLA credits and communication;
Managing migrations, upgrades, and other projects;
Preparing and issuing monthly reports;
Conducting monthly teleconferences and quarterly face-to-face status and planning meetings with customers;
Identifying additional services and solutions required or potentially useful to customers; and
Communicating the status of customer accounts internally
A Client Manager is also responsible for providing direction to technical resources assigned to assist their customers and for participating in presales activities including proposal writing and customer presentations.
The principal measurement of the level of success of a Client Manager is client satisfaction. Surveys will be conducted independently and reviewed periodically with Client Managers.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Lawson in a functional consulting role in at least two application areas.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with technology utilized by the Lawson Application and a basic understanding of such technology.
Minimum of three years of experience project managing mid to large scale projects.

The ability to interact positively with various personalities, placate agitated customers, manage conflicts, motivate team members, and communicate thoroughly and accurately.
A deep client service mentality.
Analytical skills the enable a logical approach to problem solving.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Written communication skills.
Project management skills including the ability to plan, track and report on project status.
A general understanding of standard business processes relating to accounting, human resources and payroll, and procurement.

Education:
Bachelor*s Degree or higher
Lawson certifications in functional areas
