Job Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for Account Director to sell our client's products to insurance carriers nationwide which allows carriers to manage the entire insurance producer lifecycle. The Sales Directors orchestrate complex, solutions-oriented sales cycles dealing with senior executives at the carriers. The Director will be prospecting, opportunity development; Coordinating activity with headquarters Marketing campaigns; Managing all aspects of the sales cycle; and Meeting performance objectives consistently. The Director will have other Account Managers reporting to him/her.
Job Requirements
The qualified candidate must have 3+ years of successful complex software or service application sales. Experience with consultation selling methods involving numerous departments and individuals. Selling at the senior management level of business functions. Demonstrated strong written, oral, presentation and communication skills. An individual who is well-versed in Internet and financial/insurance industry concepts will be very successful in this position. Salary is Base plus commission as well as no more than 25-50% travel.
