Job Description
Functional SAP PP-PI Analyst
Travel from your home office.
We are in need of an experienced functional SAP PP-PI analyst for project work. If you have several years of experience within the SAP PM modules and enjoy traveling Monday through Friday, please send us your resume for immediate consideration for this new position. Successful candidates will work in a growing IT consulting organization focused on delivering manufacturing and supply chain system solutions. Duties will include leading or participating in consulting engagements as well as helping clients define, justify, plan and implement technology solutions (with a focus on SAPs manufacturing-centric modules) for manufacturing and supply chain environments across the U.S. and Canada. The position can be based any where in the country. The job requires travel to client locations. Successful candidates will possess some or all of the following experience and qualifications: Five (5) years or more years of experience in the Life Science industry. Experience in the design, configuration, implementation, and integration of manufacturing or supply chain systems. Experience in applying industry standards (such as ISA S88, ISA S95, and SCOR). Exposure to the manufacturing operations improvement initiatives (such as 6 sigma, 5S, Visual Performance Measures, Throughput Optimization, Set-Up Time Reduction, Focused Improvement, etc.). Specific SAP Integration Qualifications and Experience: QM, PM, PP, or PP-PI certification or extensive experience. Experience with the integration of PP-PI to other SAP modules, or significant MM or QM expertise with working knowledge of the interfaces.Experience with MM related to material movements that include consumptions and receipts. Batch experience a requirement. ABAP certified or extensive experience. Required Experience
QM, PM, PP, or PP-PI certification or extensive experience
Experience with the integration of PP-PI to other SAP modules, or significant MM or QM expertise with working knowledge of the interfaces.
Experience with MM related to material movements that include consumptions and receipts. Batch experience a requirement. Experience with HUM is an advantage.
Experience with QM related to status checks of material qualifications and display of specifications on PI sheets and passing test results back to QM
Understanding of the batch disposition process as well as the potential to integrate IPC functions
Understanding of the integration issues related to QM notifications
Understanding of the QM Catalogs related to alphanumerical testing with conform / non-form values
Understanding of the integration points and possibilities between PP-PI and PM with respect to PM notifications, downtime monitoring, measurement documents, reason codes and logbook functionality.
Understand document management issues related to SOPs, version control, online access via PI Sheet and electronic batch records
ASAP certified or extensive experience
