Job Description
Field Service Representative
Work as a Field Service Representative for an International Industry Leader!
This international industry leader has immediate full-time openings in Dallas, TX, Sacramento, CA, Boston, MA, and Nashville, TN for Field Service Representatives. Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word). Must be skilled with cable termination of all standard digital and analog industry connectors. Additionally, must be knowledgeable with video, audio and data communications systems as well at have 2+ years installation or production line experience. Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and be computer literate. Will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining maintenance of mechanical electrical and electronic systems. Will work with Operations and R&D to solve complex issues and will conduct training for new hire personnel. Responsible for ensuring compliance with standard written procedures and quality documentation of company policies and procedures of the Technical Support department. Will ensure all members of the team are informed of issues requiring FDA notification and MDR reporting. Will document the entire process of technical support form initiation of call through the problem resolution of the situation and ensure quality records are kept.
Required Experience
2+ years experience with installation or production line
AV or IT background or Medical Equipment experience
Knowledge of video, audio and data communications systems
MS Office
Good customer service attitude/personality
Ability to travel 100%
Excellent communication skills
Strong technical skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
