We are seeking a seasoned configuration analyst with working knowledge of the Trizetto ITS Facets system. “Blues” ITS experience is valuable but the knowledge of the Trizetto Facets ITS product offering is essential.

Job Functions:
1) Perform hands-on configuration and provide guidance to team during the Facets ITS configuration stage. The individual will be expected to provide thought leadership in the implementation of ITS
2) Facilitate and participate in the ITS Home detail design discussions to address client business requirements. Create resulting configuration approach documentation, and suggest and provide configuration options
3) Participate in the completion of the configuration build and subsequent Quality Assurance
4) Create testing scenarios and expected outcomes
5) Perform issue resolution/troubleshooting
6) Create Weekly status reports
Qualifications:
1) Working knowledge and hands-on Trizetto Facets ITS configuration experience
2) Strong client facing skills with ability to provide guidance to client staff during the completion of detailed design phase thru implementation and testing
3) Suggest and advise configuration options
4) Full lifecycle configuration experience
5) Facets ITS table knowledge
6) Strong configuration QA and testing experience
7) Excellent communication skills
8) Ability and willingness to travel to client location as required
Essential Job Functions:
Business: Gather process redesign requirements, coordinate and participate in development activities, and support the testing and implementation of package-based application software.
Business: Build expertise in interface and data conversion requirements, capabilities and limitations, and setup and configuration issues associated with product modules in your specialty area(s).
Business: Understand the purpose, roles, and activities related to a solution demonstration lab (SDL) and participate in applying this technique to facilitate application design and implementation.
Methodology: Develop a working knowledge of the Catalyst-prescribed approach with respect to package-based development and equivalent vendor methodologies.
Management: Lead a team of 3-5 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources), in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase.
Technical: Maintain a conceptual understanding of enterprise software package solutions and related implementation issues from a technical perspective.
Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues.
Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise vendor product implementation
Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or product-mandated methodology
Experience working with one or two product modules and associated business and technical integration issues
Experience working with detailed product functionality and features within specific specialty area(s) and associated best practices
Other Qualifications
Good skills in package-based development (PBD) concepts and activities
Good communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Ability to devise creative business solutions
Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems
