Job Description
Omnicare Clinical Research is currently seeking a Clinical Data Manager to work either from our King of Prussia headquarters or to work regionally from a home office. All locations will be considered.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Oversee all clinical data management tasks and responsibilities for assigned clinical studies.
Oversee team of Clinical Data Analysts and provide performance input to their manager. Mentor team members and assist with skill development.
Serve as data management client contact on assigned studies.
Provide ongoing evaluation of projected accuracy and productivity rates of data management project tasks, such as data entry, reviewing, and coding.
Oversee coordination and creation of the Data Management Plan. Review the protocol, Case Report Form, and contract needs with the data management project team.
Attend project team meetings and provide input from CDM perspective.
Present CDM functions at conferences and external meetings. Attend bid defense meetings when needed.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences or RN
Four plus years of CDM experience in a CRO and/or pharmaceutical environment
Occasional travel
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize
Strong people skills with proven ability to manage and mentor
