Career Headhunter Job Description:
Our client is a leading in the educational services industry. We are looking for a driven individual to serve as a Career Services Advisor helping to place outbound students in various positions throughout the country.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing graduating students for interviews in their prospective fields. Candidates will be preparing mock interviews, proofreading resumes and coaching students on potential career opportunities. They will also be developing job leads for students all over the country.
A large part of this position will be cold calling potential employers and "selling" the candidates to them in attempts to place students in new career opportunities.
Location: White Marsh, and then work from home.
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 annual
Skills and Abilities:
College Degree Preferred.
Recruiting, Staffing and Sales Background.
Must have an upbeat, professional demeanor.
Must have strong personal computer skills.
