Business Analyst Consultant
Great Opportunity for a Business Analyst Consultant in a Small Consulting Company!
Insurance consulting company is seeking senior level Business Analysts/Consultants to join their team! The BA is responsible for working closely with clients and IT teams to define web application development and be the requirements expert. You will lead and facilitate requirements gathering process, conduct interviews and work sessions to define business and functional requirements, and create detailed documentation and specifications. You will determine end product requirements and communicate those requirements to the development and test teams. You must have strong SDLC experience with strong requirements gathering, detailed design definition, solution development, user acceptance testing, and systems integration experience. Must have worked with external clients in a consulting role. The ideal person will have a development background - although not required. Casual work environment in Buckhead and you must be willing to travel. Excellent benefits package!
Required Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
1+ years of Consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
4 year degree - NO EXCEPTIONS - Masters Degree preferred
Experience in driving full life cycle, web-based, object oriented applications
Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
Excellent skills in defining and documenting functional and technical specifications
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Must be willing to travel approximately 50% -- this could be 10% for some clients and 80% for others
