Juristaff Legal Staffing is assisting a NYC organization with identifying attorneys with great understanding of Chinese Law and experience in the Asia Pacific, covering financial services regulation for an contract work at home analyst position for a legal publication. This is a non-traditional legal research and writing opportunity for Attorneys looking to contribute to a sophisticated legal publication, with flexible work at home hours.
The Ideal Attorney candidates will have experience in Chinese Law, and financial services regulation experience. The client is requiring Attorney applicants have proficiency in English with fluency in Mandarin and the ability to read Chinese characters. Experience in the following areas of law in relation to Chinese Law is an absolute plus: Intellectual Property, Energy, Securities, Corporate, M&A, Bankruptcy, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Antitrust, and/or Labor & Employment.
Pay Rate for the position is $40.00/hr. and the client is asking for a minimum of a one year committment.
