Job Description .
A well known corporation is seeking EXPERIENCED Investment Management Attorneys to work from home on a temporary basis for 1-2 years asking for a commitment of one year or cannot be considered for hire. Only qualified candidates will be considered for this position, The client is seeking at least 4 years of experience of investment management experience, specifically 1940 Act and fund experience.
This non-traditional research and writing temporary opportunity is with a high profile corporation. Seeking candidates to work at home for 20 to 40 hours per week. No reimbursement for ink or printing costs.
Candidates must have excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills and the ability to complete assigned research and writing projects by prescribed deadlines. Prior law review or federal clerkship experience is also a plus. This in-house position requires the research, analysis and writing for specialty legal publications.
Eligible candidates must have at least 4+ years of recent law firm experience working as a full time permanent attorney, or temporary attorney handling substantive matters, not document review, specializing in 1940 Act and Fund matters.
