Job Description

This position within Chase Home Finance Default Servicing includes the following responsibilities:

Review of origination appraisals and all subsequent valuations obtained during the default process.

Detailed reconciliation of all values is required using a specific database to record all narrative comments pertaining to the values obtained on the real estate asset.

Detailed analysis of market conditions and comparable s is required to formulate an opinion of value based on the review of all values in the file.

Communication with the broker and appraisers is required to ascertain other market data to ensure that the final reconciled value is accurate.

*Must hold license and/or certification for Real Estate Appraisers.

This is a virtual environment position, thus working independently and remotely in a home office is required

HL2

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Appraisal License or State Certification required

5+ years in the Residential Real Estate Business
