Job description
Responsible for pre sales presentations and technical demonstrations, Request for Proposals (RFP's) and Request for Information (RFI's), Proofs of Concepts, and training class delivery to IBM customers. Promote IBM products by demonstrating value of Software Development Platform solutions. Deliver technical product demonstrations, request for Information/proposals, and/or evaluations of the Rational solution set to customers. Answer customer inquiries, design solutions and advice clients on application of IBM solutions to software development efforts. Configure Rational product and services solutions for the client. Recommend and provide consulting services and training classes to customers. Participate and lead Techline brand initiatives and contribute to IBM Intellectual Capital. Utilize Java, C/C+, UNIX, Linux and Window operating systems for Rational solutions demonstrations. Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering and two (2) years of experience as an Intern Trainee, Graduate Assistant, Research Scientist Associate I, Program Coordinator or Technology Specialist. 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm. .
