Description:
The company is looking for a strong leader to head the customer support division. This individual will be responsible for the performance and operation of a major call center and will supervise all other call center operations. Duties include ensuring customer satisfaction in the support process, ensuring proper training of call center staff, managing call center and anti-fraud personnel and working closely with senior management. Someone with extensive experience as a Call Center Manager with knowledge of Mac Operation System and great communication skills would be ideal for this position. The company offers the individual in this position the ability to work virtually from home if they desire to do so. This is NOT a position for someone who is looking to work from 9am-6pm and then go home and not be bothered. Although 9am to 6pm are the usual hours, the person in this position must be comfortable in getting a phone call at 2am if there is an emergency and be able to be the liaison between the customer service dept and the tech dept in order to fix the problem. There company is open 24/7/365.
