We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter with experience in business development and sales. Must have a positive attitude and ability to work together with our team. We offer a base salary and excellent
benefits and commission for the right candidate.
This is a FULLTIME requirement at our office in Edison, NJ. There is no telecommute or 'work from home' option for this position.
Job description
The ideal candidate will have very strong people skills and ability to screen, recruit and retain candidates. The job involves identifying opportunities for existing candidates and also assisting in business development. Candidate will assist project implementation team in identifying candidates and project staffing experience is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
Actively source, screen and interview potential job candidates
Recruit candidates through referrals, networking and cold calling
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Source candidates using internet recruiting systems
Attend career fairs and professional association meetings to develop candidate network
Conduct in office interviews, reference checks and background investigations
Prepare resumes for presentation to clients
Experience in working with H1B candidates and identifying potential job opportunities for H1B candidates
Experience in business development and interacting with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts
Experience in project staffing is a huge plus.
Requirements
At least 2 year of technical recruiting experience
College degree in computers preferred but not necessary
Ability to successfully identify qualified candidates
Knowledge of IT concepts and latest technologies is highly desirable, experience working with technologies is preferred
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative sourcing and strong interviewing skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
