Telecom IT Consulting firm seeking Recruiter
Do you ever wake up in the mornings and wish you did not have to drive in the Seattle traffic? Are you outgoing, ambitious, and have the ability to work together on a team? Have you ever wanted to wake up and really enjoy your job?
If you answered yes to all of the above questions then I want to speak to you. We are looking for a team player and someone that demonstrates strong
desire to succeed. You are someone that has experience as a recruiter, specifically within the IT contract market. Experience dealing with major
corporations will be advantageous, and you will have a good understanding of the telecom and cable market. Our company has consistent work flowing every week, and your job will be to find consultants to fill those roles by working closely with the local Account Manager. You will work from home with full support, including tools and equipment from Alliance. You will be part of a dedicated team and will be treated as a self-sufficient manager.
Salary, Incentive plan with no limits, 401K, major medical, dental, and
life insurance.
Specific duties:
Recruit, screen, interview, reference check, negotiate salaries, and close
candidates for local or national telecom engagements.
Present your consultants to appropriate projects.
Support and manage the consultants you hire. This includes orienting them
to the company and communicating expectations on each project. You will be
their primary contact and champion inside of our company.
