Job Description .
Real Estate Services Group, provider of Residential and Commercial Title Insurance and Appraisal Services is seeking several candidates for expanding Chicago and metropolitan area offices.
Title Examiner Candidates must possess 7 plus years of title examination experience along with title clearance skills. Ideal candidates will have spent time as a searcher and will have preferably worked for at least one underwriter and one agency in previous years. Positions are open in our Schaumburg and Chicago offices. Compensation includes salary and full health insurance benefits. Part Time and Full Time positions are available. It is also possible to work from home in some situations. Please indicate your preferences on your resume or cover page.
Title Escrow Agents Candidates must have 3 plus years as full time closer. Our closers work the escrow portion of the file from start to finish, no assembly line. Candidates will ultimately have both refinance and purchase closing experience. Notary closer positions are also available to work under direct supervision of staff closers. Staff closers are offered base salary, health insurance benefits and closing bonus per file. Notary closers are compensated by the closing and paid by invoice. Candidates must be available for both day and evening closings and be willing to travel to closing locations and borrowers' homes.
Title Searcher Candidates must possess 5 plus years of searching in Cook County. Contract positions are available as well as staff positions. Contractors must carry their own E&O insurance. Staff positions include salary plus full health benefit package.
Sales Position Candidates must be able to document 5 plus years experience business to business sales. Computer skills are a must have for this career. Title insurance sales a real plus. Local sales territory with protected prospects list, some leads are provided by company. Candidates must be proficient at door to door sales, phone sales and be skilled prospectors. Compensation includes base salary, commission plus full health benefits package and expense account.
General Clerical Candidates must have good computer and telephone skills. Looking for someone to aid the customer service department and do some filing work too. Currently there is a position available in our Schaumburg office.
