We are currently hiring for Telesales Associates. This position is responsible for conducting outbound calls primarily to people who have contacted our company through a variety of media expressing interest in our product. The Telesales Associate is responsible for setting appointments for in-home designers. NO COLD CALLING - ALL CALLS ARE WARM CALLS. Opportunity to work from home once trained.

Specific Job Tasks
Appointment Setting through telephone calls to interested prospective customers.
Maintain a high and consistent level of calls to generate new appointments.
Respond to daily inquiries from the outside sales team members.
Return inbound calls from sales prospects.
Record and enter customer data accurately in lead management database.
Distribute requested marketing materials to potential/existing clients.
Active and positive participation in all training &practice sessions.
Timely attendance to work shift and training sessions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and other personal characteristics:
At least one year Inside Sales, Telemarketing or Customer Service Experience
Exceptional, concise &enthusiastic telephone prospecting skills
Ability to close appointments on the phone
Proven Experience in a quota driven environment
Excellent time management skills; self motivated, requiring minimal supervision
Ability to work on computer updating lead management system
Excellent customer care attitude with strong listening and verbal communication skills
