Long Term Consulting position, Instructional designer, Systems Training-Financial
Ideal Telecommuting Opportunity! Work From Home !
The consultant only needs to be on-site, Des Moines, Iowa, 2 to 4 days per month at various times. So if the person is local they only need to come into the office now and then. If the person is not local they would need to make a trip one or two night trips per month however, the client will not be paying for the expenses of non-local candidates. Duration of the project: thru 5/2007
Requirements:
* Highly experienced instructional designer for systems training.
* 5+ years experience
* Financial background preferred.
Must-have:
1. Key knowledge and experience in instructional design
2. Understanding of performance management and learning based on performance outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to consult with high-level executives.
* Must have good written and verbal skills, as you will be interacting with executive management.
* Strong analysis skills. You will need to figure out who from and where to get your information.
Training topic:
* A new systems integration project to get common computers for many users.
* Creating Instructor led training
