Job Description:
Responsible for leading a dispersed team of travel professionals across
multiple onsite locations throughout the state of Florida.
Incumbent will maintain a high-performing, motivated, and energized team
by creating an environment of high employee engagement and personal
accountability that delivers premium value. Must be able to drive results
while leading virtually. Maintain excellent relationship with key
customer contacts and ensure accuracy and quality of customer service through
creative monitoring techniques, key metric analysis and driving high
performance by effective coaching. Expected to maintain and drive positive
results in Employee, Customer and Shareholder satisfaction.

At least two years of demonstrated leadership experience
preferred
- Minimum of 5 years travel agency experience
