The software development team is responsible for creating, enhancing and supporting applications which Paylocity utilizes for our operations and our clients use to better manage their payroll and HR needs. The Software Engineer is responsible for development using Microsoft Technologies to create, design, code, maintain and enhance our web-based software applications.
The Software Engineer will actively be involved in the complete software development life cycle including technical design, hands-on coding, unit testing, performance tuning, maintenance and upgrades. The ideal Software Engineer should be:

Paylocity is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner developing its next generation web payroll and HR system using ASP.NET/C#, SQL Server, BizTalk server and Reporting Services
We are developing our application with Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years in web software development experience
Must have at least 2 years hands-on experience with ASP.NET/C#, SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML and Web Services
Must be proficient in object-oriented design and development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology or related field or equivalent experience
Payroll or HR benefits experience highly desirable
