* Our comprehensive benefits package includes: 34 PTO days per
year, 11 holidays, medical/dental, life insurance, short and long term disability and 401K plan. After 1 yr. eligibility to work at home one day or work a compressed work week is available. We also have some tuition reimbursement.
REQUIREMENTS .
Social Worker Requirements:
* A BSW/MSW or related degree in Social Work or related
degree in human services from an accredited college/university
* Candidate must possess 0-2 years related post graduate
experience working with deprived, dependent minority population.
* The candidate must have knowledge and experience that
encompasses clinical skills, knowledge of family systems and social issues.
* A valid driver's license is required and the candidate will be
traveling within the Philadelphia, PA area.
* The ability to write concisely and work under conditions of
stress and crisis is essential.
