We have an opportunity for a Recruiter to work for a well-known flower and gift retailer. This direct-hire position can be based out of any city in the continental US, and the candidate will work from home.
Job Description:
-Recruit for Call Center and Customer Service positions for five Call Centers (located in Oklahoma, Virginia, and New Mexico).
-Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring that all qualifications are met.
-Work closely with the local human resources teams.
-Develop a constant pool of candidates through advertisement, cold calling, internet mining, and other proactive methods.
-Monitor job offers and compensation negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of community groups as well as educational institution recruitment efforts.
-Partner with organizations in designing and participating events such as job fairs and presentations.
-50% travel required.
Requirements:
-3 to 5 years related experience.
-1 to 3 years of experience in call center recruiting.
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Experience recruiting in small and rural communities.
-Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
-Proven track record of managing innovative recruiting initiative campaigns.
-Strong understanding of business operations including trends within the recruiting industry.
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Demonstrated PC mastery, including spreadsheet software.
