Join the Carolina Home Remodeling sales force! Carolina Home Remodeling is looking for sales representatives to join our outside sales force for the greater Charlotte area. We specialize in the residential installation of Sunrooms, Windows, Siding, Gutter Protection and Doors. We offer exclusive product lines and the professional sales training. We are a Licensed General Contractor in North &South Carolina and a proud member of the Southern Piedmont Better Business Bureau and the Home Builders Association. We are also ranked 144 among the top 500 company's in the nation, according to Qualified Remodeler Magazine based on sales volume.
As a sales representative for Carolina Home Remodeling, you will be selling home remodeling products to homeowners in the Charlotte area. Carolina Home Remodeling will provide you with the necessary sales tools to succeed in sales. You will be enrolled in our formal company sales training program. We provide you with excellent and thorough sales training. Upon completion of the sales training program, you will meet with and sell to homeowners in the Charlotte area. We provide quality prequalified, pre-set confirmed leads/appointments for our sales representatives. We have several lead generation sources. For example, we have our displays set up in large national wholesale clubs.
We are currently looking to add motivated individuals to our existing sales force. Candidates for sales representatives in our sales organization should be money motivated with good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Carolina Home Remodeling will provide:

Benefits of Outside Sales Representative Position:
Carolina Home Remodeling provides a strong sales commission structure and bonuses. Our reps earn $75,000 plus their first year in sales. We have a very strong marketing department so that we can provide you with many good quality confirmed leads. As a member of the Carolina Home Remodeling sales team, you will also be eligible for health and dental insurance, 401K, and profit sharing.
