As Regional Sales Manager, you will take over leadership of either our Central or Eastern region (depending on your location). You will base yourself from your home office and divide your time between business development and development of your sales team (also field based). As a hands-on manager, you can indulge both your passion for developing salespeople and for client interaction as you execute key deals.
Our clients are school districts, and they have budgets allocated for educational books and materials. And, our products are recognized as among the best. Success in our industry is built on solid, trust-based relationships, and the tenacity with which we navigate our clients' extensive, sometimes lengthy decision-making process to a successful close. We provide a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and a commission plan that will enable you to earn well north of six figures. And, since this is a work from home position, you will also receive a company car, a company expense account (for traveling) and a home office setup.
