Job Details
The Premium Support Manager (PSM) will have the unique opportunity to work
closely with a very small, select group of clients. These client accounts have
high visibility in the organization. The Premium Support Manager will work
closely with a very small, select group of clients - high visibility in the
organization. Own, manage and drive to completion all of the clients support
requests, both reactive and proactive, and to be the clients pipeline to
Rational engineering (must be tech savvy). The PSM will track and report on
their work to the clients and to PSS management as requested. The PSM will visit
each account 2 to 4 times annually for relationship building and face to face
work. A background check to work with certain customers may be required. All

Experience with Rational products is mandatory for this position (ClearCase and
ClearQuest). The PSM will be responsible for maintaining all technical skills
needed to support the client well supported. The Premium Support Manager will
